The quality of the beads is much cheaper than I expected.

However the way they have been threaded, leaving good space between each bead, makes it easier to use with eyes closed in prayer.

They are comfortable in the hand. I am overall satisfied with them.

Amethyst is her birthstone and I think she’ll be inspired to use them in her prayers is yet to be seen but I bought a great book to go along with it so maybe she will.

I love my beads. I only marked it down one star because I would like the bigger beads to be a little larger. They are beautiful and they really do help my meditation. Great service. Thank you.

But it is important that the beads feel good in you hands as you pass through them in prayer - and that you can feel the difference between weeks and the larger cruciform beads. For Amethyst and many other designs, we add an extra, larger seed bead on each side of the cruciform beads precisely so that you can 'feel' where you are in the circle of prayer. Hope this extra tiny bead proves a positive for you.
