Refund policy

Returns
Items may be exchanged or returned within 30 days of purchase; 31 days after purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for return, items and original packaging must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. Full Circle Beads may assess a restocking fee for items that cannot be resold without repackaging. Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted to return or refund. Postage is not refundable unless the reason for exchange or return was manufacturing defect on our part.

Refunds (if applicable)
Full Circle Beads will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, a credit will be applied to the credit card or original method of payment, within 72 hours.

Late or missing refunds
If you do not receive a refund within 72 hours, contact your bank or credit card company and ask whether the refund has been received but not posted. If you still have not received the refund, please contact us at beadmaker@fullcirclebeads.com.

Custom Orders
Custom ordered prayer beads cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange a set of beads for the same item, email beadmaker@fullcirclebeads.com a brief explanation of the reason for the exchange, wait for a reply, then send your item to: Full Circle Beads LLC, 208 S Douglas Salt Lake City Utah US 84102.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and s/he will find out about your return.

Shipping

You are responsible for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
