Issue with cross

The only issue I had was with the cross, it just doesn't match the quality of the rest of the beads. One it had scratches straight out of the pouch, and two it's very thin and has no detail on the back, also it would be nice if it could swivel because it tends to stick in place and not rest nicely on your hand. All in all the rosary is very high quality, I just wish the cross matched in quality.

Andrew, I am sending you a replacement today! That trefoil cross will not have detail on the back -- it is die cut in Providence, Rhode Island -- think of using a cookie cutter to cut sugar cookie shapes. HOWEVER, it is professional burnished and plated in Rhode Island and there should not be scratches (so apologizing for not inspecting the cross properly). Finally, I try to crimp the beading wire loosely enough that the cross dangles (OK dangling and swiveling are different).
